Chorizema Varium is a species of the legume family Fabaceae. It is listed in the threatened flora of Australia. A small scrambling shrub, native to Western Australia, with a spectacular display of delicate, bright-orange to pink, heart shaped flowers that appear in winter and spring. Its small form makes it an excellent shrub for small spaces, particularly in rockeries, or in rambling cottage style gardens. Keep well watered in hot weather.
